The Master Board is pleased to announce that the Newtown Grant
Recreation Center will be available for rent during a Trial Period
starting January 1st through March 30, 2010. Reservations
will be taken on a first-come-first-serve basis, and require application,
approval by the Board, and a $50 non-refundable deposit to
hold the date. Homeowners in good standing are encouraged to
complete an application at the Recreation Center, indicating
the details and the room desired to rent. The Community Room,
Large and Small Upstairs Meeting Rooms can be reserved
for private use during the normal operating hours of the Recreation
Center. Rental fees vary according to the room desired. Guidelines,
fees, application forms and contracts will be made available on
the Newtown Grant web site (www.newtowngrant.org)
or you may call the Recreation Center at 215-968-3789.
The success of the Trial Period will be evaluated by the Board each month,
with the terms and conditions subject to change.
