Newtown Grant Master Board Sign Policy Amendment
Effective January 1 st , 2026, Newtown Grant Homeowners Association Master Board has made the following amendment changes regarding the master boards policy pertaining to displaying of signs. Please be advised that each respective cluster within Newtown Grant has the ability either adopt the sign policy change or restrict all signs with the exception of either a “For Sale” or “For Rent” sign. Tennis Court Key Access System
Please be advised that in 2026, access to the Newtown Grant Tennis Courts will now be via a key access control system (like the Outdoor Pool and Pickleball Court). If you already have an access card for the outdoor pool, no action is needed as key cards will be given access to the Tennis Courts. However, if you do not have a key card, you will need to obtain one from the Recreation Staff using the same verification process the association uses to issue Outdoor Pool key card
