Updates to the Rec Center - The Master Board of Directors is happy to announce interior bathroom/powder room renovations to the Rec Center this year! They have contracted with an interior designer to begin renovations as soon as possible while the Rec Center is closed due to Covid.

Renovations to the interior powder rooms (ladies and men's)
Painting inside the Rec Center/Decorating/Furniture.
Painting the pool pavilions prior to the 2021 pool season.
New IT and Networking Provider.
New Security Cameras to add to the current ones.
Coming Soon – Automatic Entry into the Rec Center and Pool Area by use of a “FOB” to gain access.

The Management Office is closed on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. You can find info on all the clusters within Newtown Grant and Society Place. You can also see management contact info for FirstService and Continental Property Management. If you need immediate attention you can contact our FirstService Customer Care Center at 800-870-0010.
Winter Weather – Please see Newtown Grant Township Ordinance on snow removal at http:// www.twp.newtown.pa.us/public_works/snow.htm. • Newtown Township will not clear streets until snow fall reaches 2-3 inches.
Please move your cars off of the streets to allow clearing. Please park in your driveway.
The Softball field parking lot will be kept clear for your use.
Newtown Grant will begin clearing common walks after the Township has the roads completely cleared.
The Township snow clearing is typically complete 24 hours after the storm, but we will send email blasts with updates.
The Township will clear the main roads before clearing the cul-de-sacs.
Please do not put your trash at the curb until after the Township has the roads completely clear.
Any unit abutting to the sidewalk, is homeowner responsibility. All snow shall be shoveled from sidewalks.
Drive Carefully – Just a friendly reminder to obey the speed limit signs in Newtown Grant – 25 MPH. It may be helpful to wear bright colored clothing, while walking in the streets at night, or wear a reflective vest to protect yourself.
