🏡 Newtown Grant Homeowners: Proposed Leasing Regulation Update

The Newtown Grant Master Board has issued information regarding a proposed amendment to the community’s leasing regulations for rental properties within Newtown Grant. The proposal includes a uniform Lease Addendum, Leasing Registration and Occupancy Census process for leased and certain non-owner-occupied homes.
