Please be advised the National Weather Forecast is calling for a significant winter storm starting this upcoming Sunday, February 22nd and into Monday, February 23rd heavy snow accumulation is expected.

To help ensure effective and efficient clearing of the roads within the Newtown Grant Homeowners Association (specifically the single family homes and townhomes) by Newtown Township. ALL vehicles must be removed from the roads within Newtown Grant ahead of the storm.
Failure to remove a vehicle from the road may result in a cluster association issued violation fine as well as being subjected to a Newtown Township issued ordinance fine plus towing of the vehicle by the township. Residents may report any vehicle not removed from the roads directly to Newtown Township Police Non-Emergency at 215-328-8524.
For those residents who need special parking accommodations, the upper recreation area parking lot located by the softball will be available for winter storm parking. Residents will be permitted to park vehicles starting Sunday morning, February 22nd. Clearing of vehicles parked in the upper parking lot are the responsibility of the owner. Due to the intensity of the incoming storm, vehicles must be removed from the parking lot by 9:00am, Friday, February 27th. Vehicles not removed by 9:00am on Friday, February 27th will towed at the vehicle owners expense.

Additionally, please be advised that each residential unit is responsible for clearing there own driveway, entrance walkway and per Newtown Township, "any sidewalk that abuts your property line (front, side or rear) within 24 hours after the snow has stopped falling." Failure to properly clear associated snow and ice from any abutting sidewalk may result in a cluster association issued violation fine as well as being subjected to a Newtown Township issued ordinance fine.
