Do you feel depleted after the holiday season? Do you want to reconnect to a more centered YOU? Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation also known as “yogic sleep” where an extended savasana guides you into relaxation. Bringing your attention inwards accompanied with awareness of breath and being allows your body to find its natural state of balance. A restorative and reviving practice, life’s hurriedness and hustle is forgotten as you are led into a deep, blissful awareness. No yoga or meditation experience required. Please bring a yoga mat or towel.


Yin Yoga for Love and Heart Opening: Saturday, February 11 4pm - 5:15, in the Clubhouse Banquet Room

Open your heart this Valentine’s Day weekend! Cultivate joy, gratitude, and love for oneself and others in this heart opening/Yin workshop. Explore the strength required to hold our hearts up while expanding this space literally and figurative with poses and breath. There will be a mixture of challenging poses as well as restorative to balance our sacred heart space. This workshop encourages feelings of compassion and well-being for oneself and for others and will include gentle yoga poses that not only open the heart but also lift the spirits. You are likely to leave with a smile and a joyful heart! No yoga or meditation experience is necessary. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one.



About the instructor

Natalie received her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certification through the Prancing Peacock yoga studio in Yardley, PA and has been avidly practicing yoga for the past 20 years. Whenever she travels, she likes to check out a class at a local studio to observe styles in different parts of the country and world! (Her most challenging class was in San Francisco!)


As a full time, middle school business and technology teacher, as well as having worked in banking and finance sectors - Natalie understands the importance of having balance in life and finding time to reset, recharge and be present. You can expect her classes to be easy to follow yet finding opportunity to challenge yourself mentally and physically. She offers ways to incorporate breathing and stretching techniques into your day-to-day life.


Natalie likes to integrate fun and humor into her classes as well. Her outlook on life on and off the mat is to laugh often. To Natalie, Yoga is an extremely important part of physical, mental, and emotional well-being. She believes everybody should at least try it out before their pre-determined judgements prevent them from taking a yoga class. "Yoga is literally for everyone!
