Dear Raven View I Residents,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to provide an update to the Raven View I Rules and Regulations so that they align more closely with the Newtown Grant Master Association's Rules and Regulations.

​

As you may be aware, Raven View I operates as a sub-association within the Newtown Grant Master Association. Over time, some inconsistencies have developed between the two sets of governing documents, which has led to confusion among residents regarding which standards apply in certain situations. Aligning our community's rules with the Master Association's framework will provide clearer, more uniform guidance for homeowners and help avoid conflicting interpretations.

Specifically, updating our rules to mirror the Master Association's provisions will help with:

• Consistency in architectural and exterior modification standards

• Clarity around parking, vehicle, and common area regulations

• Alignment on enforcement procedures and violation processes

• A more seamless experience for residents navigating both sets of documents

 

Please see the attached Rules and Regulations for your files. These documents will be uploaded to the association homeowner portal, as well as the Master association website. Thank you.
