Clubhouse and Pool – The Rec Center will remain closed for the rest of 2020 due to the Covid Pandemic and the last day for the pool is September 7th. (Labor Day) The pool season went wonderful! Management and the Board thank everyone for their ongoing patience and
cooperation during these difficult times. We had little to no complaints during the pool season and we appreciate all the comments and suggestions we received over the summer. Management wants to thank, Sergio and George for all their hard work getting the pool ready this year! It was greatly appreciated!
Weeds & Property Maintenance - Please take the time to remove crack/sidewalk weeds from the sidewalk and the street. Property owners are responsible to remove street/crack weeds along the curb lines pursuant to the Master Association Rules and Regulations. Management will be sending notices to those owners that do not remove them.
Annual Garage Sale – Due to the Covid Pandemic, the Board of Trustees has decided to cancel the Annual Garage Sale this year.
