Newtown Township will not clear streets until snow fall reaches 2-3 inches.
Please move your cars off of the streets to allow clearing. Please park in your driveway.
The Softball field parking lot will be kept clear for your use.
Newtown Grant will begin clearing common walks four (4) hours after the last snowflake has fallen.
The Township snow clearing is typically complete 24 hours after the storm.
The Township will clear the main roads before clearing the cul-de-sacs.
Please do not put your trash at the curb until after the Township has the roads completely clear.
Any unit abutting to the sidewalk, is homeowner responsibility. All snow shall be shoveled from sidewalks.
